How we will achieve our goals:
Providing individualized growth for each child, all staff members will know every child’s name, teachers and providers will fully understand each child’s developmental stage; self-esteem will be emphasized for each child; appropriate academic development will be given (colors, shapes, numbers, letters, music, etc.); good nutrition will be stressed.
Providing a safe and caring environment for each child:
Lots of hugs and encouragement will be given; children will be comforted when upset; positive reinforcement and praise will be the norm; positive behavior will be reinforced; each child will feel secure when Mom and Dad leave.
Providing quality care in partnerships with parents:
Caregivers/teachers will discuss or log child’s experiences each day. Parent/Provider conferences will be done to discuss updates on your child's daily/weekly progress as needed.
Viewing each parent as our partners:
Each child’s welfare will be our #1 concern; constant improvement will be made in our program; frequent improvement will be made in our environment; frequent updates will be given on your child's performance.
Providing a creative and fun atmosphere
Daily structured creative activities will be given; outdoor playtime will be given each day (if weather permits); daily free-expression time will be given; curriculum will be flexible; appropriate developmental and academic values will be instilled; holidays will be celebrated; field trips will be available; exposure to all cultures will be provided.

Providing qualified, experienced caregivers/teachers and providers:
Claudine’s Little Folks Llc offers full-time, part time, and after-school programs with great educational and entertaining curriculum, suitable to your child’s needs. Our staff and providers will have a minimum of an early childhood/Pre-K Educational Training and in some cases a Degree in Education or a related field and a CDA certificate as well. In addition to practical experience, all staff will be certified in Child/Adult CPR /FIRST AID/AED. The Justice Center/DOHMH conducts Background/SEL/FBI check on ALL Staff before assuming roles in this daycare.
